Our Sales Process

At ZN Construction, we pride ourselves on setting ourselves apart from other companies. We offer the best possible client experience to all of our customers from start to finish, whether working on a large project or a small repair. We do many additional tasks and take extra steps to ensure that our projects run smoothly and offer the least possible disruption. We make sure that we never leave a project until our clients are 100% satisfied.

Because of this high level of customer service, we spend a lot of time focusing on our projects and making sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. To do this we need to achieve the best efficiency that we can in all areas of our company, from the start of the sales process, until the very end of that project’s completion. One way that we have been able to save time is by using our considerable experience to offer preliminary estimates. 

We ask each potential client to send us their contact information, a brief description of what they would like us to do, a few pictures of the project area, and a rough length and width measurement of the space (if it is a floor, or a whole room, or a deck, etc.) With this information we can provide a very close estimate for the project. Depending on the size of the project, it is usually accurate within $500. It is based off of the pictures and information provided.

 This allows our potential clients to receive an estimate within a day or two of sending us the information. It saves them from having to make time in their busy schedule to meet with us and go over the project, when we may not even be a good fit. If they would like to move forward, we can send over an official estimate and contract and schedule the project.

If an on-site consultation is desired, we can schedule for that as well. For an on-site consultation we charge a fee of $150-$500 depending on the size of the project, due the day of the consultation. During a consultation we can provide our years of experience, professional advice, and ideas for your project. We then write up a comprehensive and detailed estimate and pricing promise that, barring any unforeseen circumstances, we will complete the project for the price stated. This fee is credited directly off of the project price if the client moves forward with us to complete the work.

ZN Construction provides construction and home improvement services in Connecticut.  We serve our local Farmington Valley area of CT which encompasses the towns of Avon, Canton, Farmington, Granby and Simsbury.  We also work in other neighboring towns like Burlington, Harwinton, South Windsor, Southington and West Hartford.
