Our client's beautiful exterior trim was suffering rot issues. They wanted to retain the style of the home but resolve the rot issue, and contracted us to replicate the design in durable PVC.

PVC is not susceptible to the same rot issues that wood can be, making it a great choice for areas of a home that experience frequent rot problems. Our team did an amazing job matching the trim details of the other windows of this home and rebuilding the damaged window's trim out of PVC.

Some of the home's cedar shake sideing was also experiencing rot. Cedar is naturally moisture resistant and, when well-maintained, can last 20-40 years. Rot can become a problem if there is poor drainage - unfortunately this particular corner gets hit hard with rain because of the angle of the roof. But we got rid of the rot and made it good as new!
