Building a custom bathroom to suit a 1923 home
June 21, 2024
This bathroom was part of a larger addition project where we worked throughout to make the spaces blend seamlessly with the rest of the 1923 home. We built the space from scratch, and couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Take a look!
One of the most unique aspects of this project was working with the home's original doors, which had been stored in the basement for years.
Another fun aspect of the renovation was matching the home's original ornate trim. Each door and window got their own hand-built trim to match the rest of the 1920's home. We also ensured the picture-rail crown molding, and unique, tall baseboards were an exact match.
Reaching the end of this project, we are so proud of the work. It allowed every member of our team to show off their skills and craftsmanship, and we are grateful for our wonderful clients who trusted us with their home.
Finishing this project was incredibly rewarding. Click the button to see a short video of the transformation!
